Return Policy

We want you to love your Wildflower Blanket. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fault or damage.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Each blanket is hand-finished with intricate 3D crochet flowers — roses, sunflowers, daisies, cherry blossoms and more — crafted to look exactly like a real bouquet when rolled up and tied with a ribbon.
