Processing times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods (including holiday seasons). We ship from overseas fulfilment centres, which is how we're able to offer competitive pricing on our products.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & import duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.

For Australian customers, orders under the $1,000 AUD low value threshold are generally not subject to import duties, though GST may apply.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@wildflowerblankets.com.au and we'll investigate with the carrier. We ask that you wait the full estimated window before raising a concern, as most delays resolve within a few extra days.
