We want every Wildflower Blankets customer to be happy with their order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right — fairly and without unnecessary hassle.
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change of mind returns.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping where required. We do not ask you to return damaged items in most cases — we'll use your photos to lodge a claim with the supplier.
Wrong item received

Refunds
